Presentation of the exchange:
HE has helped the NE acquire the needed skills to run his own business. NE has learnt about managing a technological company and work with staff cooperatively and successfully. NE has been shown how to integrate education and technology in a useful way to attract customers and creating applications. Moreover, NE has acquired the necessary information about iOS and Android system for mobile phones such as ASO (App Store Optimization) and market research. HE has assisted NE in the development of marketing and sales activities, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hotsuite etc. NE has gained information about about how to manage ASO, both internal concerning App content and external (Google,Yahoo etc.), graphic design tasks, strategic App planning background and attention to detail.
The cooperation project has focused on three main areas: 1. Concept, Design and Development of Mobile Applications 2. Management of a company 3. Marketing and ASO The NE has shadowed the HE and has learnt from him. HE has benefited from the cooperation of the NE in some projects, from fresh ideas on mobile applications, marketing, from the information about the Turkish market and has assigned his experience and knowledge to improve the sales activities in the market. Additionally, NE has learnt Spanish language and has gained another communicative skill.

Can Emre SABANCIOGULLARINDAN, 4 months, TECHONOLOGY AND EDUCATION, was looking for a company to integrate his educational and pedagogical skills with technology and applications to keep up with new approaches in educative Mobile Apps.
Alejandro Melero ZABALLOS, TECHNOLOGY, Paterna, Valencia, Spain, was looking for training a young professional who could become a business partner and getting fresh ideas about business in as well as utilizing NE’s knowledge and experience in education for new trends for educative Mobile Apps.
