The exchange programe helps provide European entrepreneurs with the skills necessary to start and/or successfully business in Europe.
I work with children at age from 2 to 6. T helped the teacher, instructor during playing games and educational classes and techniques. I organized activities for children in the morning and afternoon. I co-operated with the teaching staff in order to bring new ideas at their work.
And for this way, I discovered new ideas that will enable to further develop the business as well as possibilities of building strategic relationships and creating a global network of people, in order to become a healthy and sustainable business.

What was he looking for: It is expected that the New Entrepreneur will participate in kindergarten discussions and decisions meet clients. Moreover, the Host expects to discover new ideas through the entrepreneurs that will enable the studio to develop further as well as offer possibilities of building strategic relationships. It is expected that the New Entrepreneur will improve Spanish language by communicating, being in touch with one another, by playing with children.

During my project firstly I can say ; I used daily at work Spanish and English languages and I started understand of a new languages. I work with children of different ages, of new games for children, improvement their skills and organizade of different events for them. I saw how the Spanish persan work, how is their working styles and rules. I learn a lot about this sector. Also I have learned how to share a flat and live with people from other countries. How to be more flexible and adaptable. I learned about Spanish culture. I met a lot of young people from differents countries town I got an extensive net of contacts. For these reasons, I strongly recommend it.

First of all a great help for us. Also we help our NE understand that how we work, how is working our kindergarden. We have contact with her for potential cooperation in the future. She İmproved her Spanish language language by communicating with children, with local people, this for us it’s a big exchange.
