Presentation of the exchange:
The participants in this exchange were Fesnic Stefanaas and Rosca Daniel Sorinas collaborating at a driving school in Ireland. The NE has learned the Irish legislation for driving schools and traffic management. In addition, she started to develop the driving instructor-student relation system. She also worked on marketing, advertising and human resources in the company. The experience helped the NE develop her own project and do something meaningful for the community where she lives, by implementing her own business ideas.
