Presentation of the exchange:
Both NE and HE collaborate during the project to gain valuable experience from each other and to benefit their existing and future business. Altogether they seek:
• To share knowledge about the market in HE and NE countries (Spain and Lithuania);
• To exchange areas of expertise and the ideas how both HE and NE business models can be improved;
• To look for areas for building future cooperation.
NE
The NE acquire skills to set up her business while setting the basis for future cooperation. More specifically during the exchange NE pursue to achieve these goals:
• To develop sales channels, customer acquiring, online marketing and product development strategies by analyzing HE business;
• To set a basis for measuring performance;
• To create minimum viable product (MVP) based on developed strategies.
HE
The HE will gain a partner in another country, and benefit from the project that will be carried out throughout the exchange period. The main HE objectives are:
• To increase use of data generated from social networks, Smartlook and Google Analytics;
• To improve website and software based on data analytics;
• To improve KPI’s that would help easier to track performance and grow the business.

For the first time entrepreneurs the program is amazing opportunity to learn much faster, to save money and focus on important things. When I started there were more questions than answers and mentor helps a lot guiding to the right direction, especially learning from his mistakes and thinking in advance.
Moreover, it is great way to get deeper understanding of the foreign market, culture, behavior from the locals and learn the language.

For me personally and for the team working together with Migle is a great opportunity to bring in international spirit in the team and improve English skills on the daily basis and get fresh ideas. It is interesting to learn about other culture which is in some cases very different. What is more, to work together for few months is a good way to know the new entrepreneur and build for possible cooperation in the future.
