Quote of the NE
First of all, this exchange gives a possibility to expand the network, which is extremely important in any industry. It also allows less experienced ones to learn from professionals and gain both theoretical and practical knowledge. The NE gets to see how the company is functioning, what are the business strategies, and how the decisions are being made.
At some point this experience allows us to understand the mentality of the chosen country that may have an impact when considering where to establish the business now or in the future. Therefore, I would recommend this program in case the young entrepreneur is eager to get to know the particular country from the inside and meet new people from the sector.
Quote of the HE
The NE contributed to our business by mostly working on the website designed for the US market.
Her English language skills as well as journalistic experience really improved the website. She also shared her creative ideas that were useful on a marketing level and did a great interview with one of our clients – thanks to her now we have the interview suited not only for the Spanish people but English ones as well which is very important.
I believe the NE gained some knowledge in the publishing industry which she lacked before, especially in self-publishing that is even more specific than traditional publishing.
