The young entrepreneur shadows the HE in all daily activities; they see and manage together all aspects of the business, from contracts with suppliers to types of supplies, from cash flows and sustainability to the management of the human resources and related costs.
Profile of the entrepreneurs:
NE: Elia Leporatti, Italy
Duration of the exchange: 5 months
sector: Hospitality/Catering/Restaurant
I would like to learn more about the management of a business in the sector, learn how to deal with suppliers, learn more about types of supplies, improve business plan, learn more about financial sustainability, acquire the right entrepreneurial knowledge to be able to handle my business.
HE: Klein Anna
sector: Hospitality/Catering/Restaurant
Location: Budapest
I tried to give opportunities for the young entrepreneur to acquire important skills he will need to run his small business in his country. Since we are a multicultural small business in Budapest (we are working together: Hungarians, Italians, Romanians, I think we gave him a new prospective on how can work a small business abroad, in a multicultural environment; and how this diversity can improve the offer bringing something fresh and new for the market.
I think this program helps the participants to learn from each other and increase experiences.
Quote of the NE
This incredible experience gives you the chance to see how things work in a different place, to learn and to meet people from another country, it permits you to increase your know how and to see the practical side of running a business.
I absolutely recommend this experience to anybody.
Quote of the HE
Elia is a real benefit for our group: he wants to learn and he is helping us a lot. He has creative ideas and he is really proactive. He has learnt a lot during this exchange, I can see he grew.
