NE supports the HE in all activities carried out in the company, in order to have the chance to learn from her and to better understand how the business is run.
The main activities aim to getting to know the host company in all aspects and getting to know the management of the customer orders and their monitoring: communication and dealing with the customers and comprehending their needs; creating estimates compared to customer needs; management of relations and dealing with suppliers and external consultants; visits to the supplier firms; management of the production process – from supplies to orders; market analysis for the HE searching trends of the market in Italy and Europe; identification and contact with potential customers; identification of business opportunities to cooperate in the future.
Profile of the entrepreneurs:
Desislava Harizanova, 5 months, clothing industry.
She was looking for opportunity to build a solid base to be able to start activity in the clothing industry, and to learn straight from those who already work in the environment. Therefore, she was looking to find very active enterprise environment, which would allow her to fully comprehend the dynamics of labor relations and of the functional and organizational management which develops before, during and after the production process. In other words, to find a company that performs intermediary function between the client-designer and the production suppliers, and that offers a finished product, interacting with a large network of specialized companies involved on different levels in the production process.
Marieta Krasteva, clothing industry, Sofia – Nova Zagora.
She was looking for strongly motivated and enthusiastic person, with the yearning to acquire the most possible information useful for the business, to provide assistance and to participate actively in company dynamics.
