Here is the impression of the Host Entrepreneur:
Upon coming to Gent, Duje got to know the city and then he familiarized himself with company
procedures and his colleagues, he adapted quickly. He got the the company documents, studied the mission and vision statements. We discussed all of that and he shared his thoughts and conclusions.
After that we started exploring new markets, over the phone and online, to find potential users of
our services. After the market research, we made a database and analised it. The company product
are services. We wanted to find new clients, we attended a few meetings that yielded results. We
arranged a cooperation, Duje worked on his communication and sale skills. We started to develop a new app for the company through wich we could communicate easier with new clients. We
brainstormed about it and reached a conclusion that due to the increased volume of work we need
to hurry up to perfect the app and launch it on the market.
