I got familiar with the Erasmus for young entrepreneurs by reading one of it´s attendees blog post.
Even though I firstly chose Spain as my preferred country, I made a connection with interesting company from Slovakia and went there. It was mainly because of my interest about the project we were supposed to work on.
How I found my HE? I was using Erasmus IT Tool for this purpose and it Works really great for me.
I was shadowing a CEO of company with focus on online services so it was really a cross-business experience.
During the first two months, my daily tasks were mainly about creating reports from ongoing development. At this time I was working closely with IT department. Remaining two months were concerning mainly product liability. It includes cracking early user experience and fading solutions to improve the product. This was with HR and marketing.
My host entrepreneur offered me cooperation on a new project right after the exchange. Therefore we are in touch on regular basis.
My previous business plan is not currently implemented because we work together on another project. I will start implementing it probably in 6-9 months when the project is expected to end.
I would definitely recommend the EYE. I tis a great chance for everyone who wants to develop all of her/hers business skill simultaneously.
