I found out about the programme in the office of the association OK4EU http://www.ok4eu.cz/index.php/cs/, where I was informed about various dotation programmes. The programme had interested me a lot, because it had perfectly matched to my newly developing business.
I wished from the beginning to do the programme in Spain and finally my wish was fulfilled.
I was looking for my hosting entrepreneur through the matching system in web site of the programme and then also by direct addressing myself to possible hosting entrepreneurs who could be interested in the programme. The search was difficult and did not bring success for a long time until I got help from FUNDEUN, intermediary organisation from Spain, which helped me to find my final hosting entrepreneur.
I was concentrating myself in the programme mainly on the sector of providing legal services and partly also to real estate business.
During the programme I was going to the office of my hosting entrepreneur where I was getting familiarizing myself with Spanish legal system and where I was looking for possible opportunities of collaboration between me and my hosting entrepreneur.
The programme helped me to find credible partner for possible future cooperation, it showed me the way how my own business should develop and it had improved my knowledge and broaden my experience in various sectors of my business that is providing legal services. I found the programme as completely successful because it had precisely fulfilled my expectations in the sense of its content and in the sense of choosing the right territory as well with which I would like to cooperate in the future.
I am for sure going to cooperate in the future with my hosting entrepreneur.
My business plan that was attached to my application was conditioned with financial conditions which had been fulfilled later than I had expected. Therefore this plan had to be postponed. I believe that I will be able gradually able to start fulfilling this plan in year 2016.
I would certainly recommend young people that are thinking about starting their own business to do this programme because it bring without any costs lots of beneficial knowledge and experiences that could be lately used in development of their own business.
It is necessary for the programme to be successful that all the four parties, that is hosting entrepreneur, applicant and both intermediary organisations. Entrepreneurs should make clear and explain mutually what they expect from the programme and what will be the content of the programme. Both parties in the cooperation with intermediary organisations they should communicate very well about any possible obstacles and cooperate on the success of the programme.
