Presentation of the exchange:
My Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs has been focused on common activities between NE & HE: to develop a methodology to approach the market of management consulting, strategic and business.
Through a precise plan, complete with goals and tasks daily, weekly and monthly, the experience proved to be very useful in being able to create SYNERGY between NE & HE.
The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs in fact allowed me not only to be able to create an overall methodology, but also to develop individual projects with my HE, achieve goals of counseling and learn new approaches and methodologies.
I feel that I can bring this wealth of experience throughout life, but particularly in the implementation of my small consulting company in my country
Profile of the New Entrepreneurs:
My name is Jacopo Deidda Gagliardo, I began my Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs in January of 2015 and will finish in May 2015.
My field of activity is the management consulting for businesses and startups.
I started working four years ago, but what I always lacked was the ability to “make concrete efforts my business”: the objective with which I began this experience was to be able to apply my theoretical approach in the projects consulting. I needed then to a real working methodology.
I’m reaching my goal thanks to my HE, who was able to put together the different pieces of my “professional puzzle”.
Profile of the Host Entrepreneurs:
The name of HE is Miguel Piñol Alda, the business sector management consulting: namely Miguel Piñol Alda is an “outsourcing Manager, which provides, for ten years, consulting companies, supporting them in what is the” side management ” . The workplace is Palma de Mallorca, and more precisely the ParcBIT, Technology Park Mallorca.
Miguel was looking for a young man with new motivation, ideas and approaches, in order to renew their methodology.

I highly recommend the experience as it gives the possibility to grow and share experiences with entrepreneurs from different nations.
This program for me was proof that the policies and strategies of the European Union have a concrete utility on citizens and especially on young people. “
