These 6 months of collaboration will be a growth opportunity for young entrepreneur and host entrepreneur. It is really a win-win collaboration whereby both of new entrepreneur and host entrepreneur can also discover new European markets or business partners, different ways of doing business. During these months of job-shadowing, NE will follow the HE in the daily job of the architecture office (architecture project management, management of the relationships with customers) and she will give her contribution with new fresh ideas. NE will cooperate with HE to expand their contacts in Italy. They shall work together to lay the foundations for a future collaboration. NE will be assigned work responsibilities that will broaden her knowledge base, challenge her capabilities and permit her to participate fully as a contributing member of a project team. It is expected that NE will participate in design discussions, and be given every opportunity to contribute to the success of a project in accordance with her capabilities. It is of particular interest that the NE understands the organization of the office, how project decisions are made, project management processes, and office research methods. The NE will however get experience ranging from designing process to detailing to construction management. Host entrepreneur Share information about innovative marketing strategies and receive pieces of advice from a young NE about new and innovative marketing and communication channels; share experiences and information about regulatory frame in Italy and Germany.
Profile of the entrepreneurs:
Giulia Palmerini (NE) – six (6) months of exchange with Annabau Architecture Studio. She was looking for a new abroad experience in which she could increase her architectural skills, sharing her ideas into an international environment
Moritz Schloten (HE) – Berlin – Annabau Architecture Studio. He was looking for an architect able to bring new international formation and education, able to work and collaborate under pressure for any architectural projects.
