The cross-border programme facilitating the exchange of entrepreneurial and management experience
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other Participating Countries.
The exchange of experience takes place during a stay with the experienced entrepreneur (Host Entrepreneur) , which helps the New Entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a small firm.
The program involves staying with the Host Entrepreneur from 1 to 6 months.
The new entrepreneurs benefit from on-the-job training in a small or medium-sized enterprise in another of the participating countries. This facilitates the successful launch of a business or strengthens new businesses. They also benefit from access to new markets, international cooperation and potential opportunities to work with business partners abroad.
Host entrepreneurs benefit from the fresh ideas of a motivated new entrepreneur for their business. They may have special skills or knowledge in an area that the new entrepreneurs do not have, which could also complement them. Most host entrepreneurs have enjoyed the experience so much that they decide to host other new entrepreneurs as well.

THE CONSORTIUM
The intermediary organisations of the the Entrepreneurs Mobility Consortium are based in Europe and are responsible for promoting a profitable exchange between young entrepreneurs and host entrepreneurs.
Centro Studi ‘Cultura Sviluppo’, leader of the Consortium, has been operating as an Intermediary Organization (IO) since 2009.
We provide comprehensive support to young entrepreneurs who wish to take advantage of the EYE grant, including help with the preparation of the business plans required for the online application.

THE OFFICIAL SKILLMAN'S AI TOOL FOR BUSINESS IDEAS DEVELOPMENT
To participate in the Programme, young entrepreneurs must draft their business plans and provide them to the EU Commission.
The EM consortium supports its new entrepreneurs by implementing Kabada, which is based on artificial intelligence and has been selected as the official Skillman.eu tool for entrepreneurial learning.
