The NE of this exchange was Alexandra Vornicu and she attended a one month-exchange(04.09.2017-04.10.2017). The NE was looking for gaining competences in the entrepreneurial area in the nutrition field, learning how to start a business and how to make it work in optimal parameters. In a more precise way, she would have liked to learn about establishing business partnerships, about marketing strategies, financial management and about the approach and strategy related to customer needs. Apart from the entrepreneurial aspect of the exchange, she would have liked to understand and be involved in the assessment of the patients with specific health conditions, in the development and implementation of individualized nutrition programs, in the evaluation of the patients’ progress.

He wanted to find more about the Romanian market in the nutrition field, to mix different ideas and experiences with a future physician willing to setup a collaboration with the goal to change the nutritional habits of the people and develop new approaches to food preparations and cooking.
Quote of the NE
I think that this exchange was a very helpful experience for my future career and I hope that a lot of people will get to know about this program in order to develop their entrepreneurial skills and many other skills that the HEs are willing to teach them about. This is an experience that I would recommend because it can establish opportunities for future collaboration and can be the starting point for networking, an essential aspect in the business field.
